Blown film forming process knowledge of PE plastic film
film is a common plastic product, which can be produced by calendering,
extrusion, blow molding, etc. The blown film is obtained by
melt-squeezing the raw material into a thin tube through an extruder,
and then heating it. The compressed air inflates it, and after cooling,
the film product is obtained.
The production of films by blow molding processes and other processes have the following advantages:
The equipment has compact structure, small floor space and low construction cost;
The film is stretched and inflated, and the mechanical strength is high;
The product has no materials, less waste and low cost;
Wide width, few welds, easy to make bags;
Compared with other molding processes, its disadvantages are as follows:
Film thickness uniformity is poor;
Low line speed and low yield (for calendering);
The thickness is generally 0.01 ∽ 0.25 mm, and the folding diameter is 100-5000 mm;
The main raw materials for blown film: LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PP, PS, PA, etc.
